We strive to provide the resources you will need in order to face an unplanned pregnancy with confidence. Our licensed medical staff and trained peer-to-peer pregnancy counselors are here to support you as you navigate your pregnancy decisions. If you visit one of our centers we will provide you with a free pregnancy test during your appointment. Our lab-certified urine-based pregnancy tests will be administered by nurses, when available. If you request, you will be provided with a written “verification”; or in the absence of medical personnel, a “confirmation” of your positive pregnancy test. However, only a physician can diagnose a pregnancy.
We have a fantastic team of trained peer-to-peer pregnancy counselors ready to listen and advocate for you. In the midst of an unplanned pregnancy, decision-making can be difficult because of the wide range of emotions that can be experienced. You may be struggling to determine what the best next steps are for you.
We believe that no one organization can provide everything that’s needed to support unplanned pregnancy. That’s why we refer to over 70 local agencies throughout the tri-county area that provide everything from schooling to medical services, housing, drug and alcohol treatment, clothing and more.
An ultrasound can be a helpful tool for pregnancy evaluation. We offer free first and second trimester limited ultrasounds confirming intrauterine pregnancy with fetal heart rate and pregnancy dating. All our ultrasounds are performed by registered nurses that have been trained as ultrasound technicians on up-to-date medical equipment. Each ultrasound is reviewed by a Medical Doctor to insure that we are providing the highest standards of care.
After-Abortion is a drop-in group for women that have had an abortion and want a safe, confidential place to discuss it.
