The Rockwood Center is staffed with caring and professional women that are here to serve you in the midst of unplanned pregnancy. It’s our aim to provide a safe, confidential atmosphere so you can receive the help you need without judgment.

At our Rockwood Center you can receive all the medical services we offer in our other Pregnancy Resource Centers including free pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and abortion information.
